My name is Carol Rock and I am a NYS Certified Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped.  I have had the wonderful privilege of working with students in the Plattsburgh City School District since graduating from college twenty-eight years ago.  I received both my undergraduate (BA) and graduate (MA) degrees from SUNY Plattsburgh.  I live in Peru, New York with my husband Dan, my three sons Christopher, Matthew and Nicholas, and my dog, Sierra.
